Here is a list of types of play that can improve motor and cognitive skills⬇️⬇️


1. Exercise play — Running around, chasing, dancing, obstacle courses


2. Rough & Tumble play — football, wrestling


3. Exploratory play — hide and seek, scavenger hunts


4. Solitary Play — doing puzzles


5. Group or team competitive games — basketball, relay races, capture the flag


6. Group noncompetitive games — parachute games, duck duck goose


7. Individual competitive games — racing, hopscotch, 4 square
